This Privacy Policy applies to our website at geoandp.com, which is informational and does not collect personal information, and to our web application at app.geoandp.com which is available only to our customers and authorized administrators. It also covers our operational SMS notification program for company drivers and the App's integration with Intuit QuickBooks Online.

Access to the App is limited to accounts created by our administrators. For each account, we collect the user's name, email address, and login credentials, as well as the company the user is associated with. We use this information only to provide access to the App and to deliver our services, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

As part of our SMS notification program, we collect the mobile phone numbers of our drivers. This information is provided directly by drivers, who verbally consent during the in-person onboarding process. We do not collect phone numbers through this website.

GEO & P Trucking Corp uses collected phone numbers to send automated operational SMS notifications to company drivers, including secure links to start assigned routes. This information is used solely for internal operational purposes related to route dispatch. Message frequency may vary based on route assignments. Standard message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We share limited data only with contracted service providers strictly for the purpose of delivering these SMS notifications on our behalf.

Drivers can opt out of receiving SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any text message received from GEO & P Trucking Corp. After opting out, drivers will no longer receive SMS notifications but may still receive operational communications through other channels as part of their role. The App connects only to our own QuickBooks Online company, and only our authorized administrators can connect it. The connection is authorized through Intuit's own signin and consent screens we never see or store QuickBooks usernames or passwords. We store only the authorization information needed to maintain the connection.

Through this connection, the App reads and creates accounting records, such as customers and invoices, in our QuickBooks Online company. This information is used solely for our internal accounting and billing.

QuickBooks information is available only to our authorized administrators and is not shown to the customers who use the App. It is never sold, and it is shared only with Intuit, as required to communicate with QuickBooks Online, and with the providers that host the App. Driver phone numbers and SMS program data are never sent to QuickBooks Online or Intuit.

An administrator can disconnect the integration at any time from within the App or from QuickBooks Online. When disconnected, we stop accessing QuickBooks Online and delete the stored authorization information.

GEO & P Trucking Corp implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information described in this policy against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
