These terms govern the use of our website at geoandp.com and of our web application at app.geoandp.com. They do not constitute consent to receive SMS notifications. Consent for our SMS program is collected separately and verbally during the in-person onboarding process, as described in Section 4 below. This website does not collect phone numbers and is not a channel for enrolling in the SMS program.

This website is provided by GEO & P Trucking Corp as an informational resource about our company and services. Content is provided as-is. By accessing this site, you agree to use it only for its intended informational purpose and not to misuse it or attempt to access it in a manner not permitted by these terms.

The App is available only to our customers and authorized administrators, through accounts created by our administrators. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You agree not to share your account, attempt to access information you are not authorized to see, or interfere with the operation of the App. We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time.

GEO & P Trucking Corp operates an internal SMS notification service for company drivers, used to communicate route assignments and related operational information. This SMS service is for the internal operational use of our drivers only, and is not offered to the general public through this website.

Drivers provide their mobile phone number and verbally consent to receive operational SMS notifications during the in-person onboarding process. Consent is not a condition of working with GEO & P Trucking Corp. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. After consenting, drivers receive a confirmation SMS.

Drivers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message received from GEO & P Trucking Corp. Reply HELP to any message for assistance. Drivers who have opted out may resume notifications by replying START.

The App includes an integration with Intuit QuickBooks Online, built and operated by GEO & P Trucking Corp for its own internal accounting and billing. The Integration is not offered, sold, or licensed to the public or to any third party. Only authorized administrators of GEO & P Trucking Corp may connect, use, or disconnect it, and customers who use the App do not have access to it.

Authorized administrators receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Integration solely to connect our own QuickBooks Online company to the App. The Integration may not be connected to any other QuickBooks Online company, shared with third parties, or used in violation of any law or of Intuit's terms and policies.

Intuit Inc. is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the App or the Integration. QuickBooks Online is provided by Intuit under its own terms. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc.

An authorized administrator may disconnect the Integration at any time from within the App or from QuickBooks Online. Information related to the Integration is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

The website, the App, and the Integration are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GEO & P Trucking Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from their use or inability to use them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

GEO & P Trucking Corp may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continued use of this site or the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
